Yoga for FND Offerings
Private Sessions
Danielle offers private, 30- and 45-minute individualized yoga sessions designed specifically for people with FND. Sessions deepen awareness of and connection to the body/somatic selves and target the autonomic nervous system. Generally, sessions will combine breathing, postures (seated and standing), and mindfulness mediation. However, each session is tailored to an individual’s needs.
