Danielle specializes in yoga, creative movement, mindful alignment, and strength building that is grounded in anatomy and physiology. Classes are built around a keen understanding of movement science, breath, and body awareness. Practitioners are led through an empowering, artistic flow, that leaves them feeling centered, calmed, and energized. She received her 200 hour yoga certification with Paul Toliuszis at Green Monkey in Miami Beach and 20 hour Trauma Informed certification with Jafar Alexander and United We Om. She received an MA in Applied Exercise Physiology and is pursuing a PhD in Kinesiology at Teacher’s College, Columbia University She teaches private and semi-private yoga and movement, as well as group classes throughout the New York City area.

Yoga for Neurological Disorders
Danielle specializes in individualized yoga, breathing, and relaxation for individuals with neurological disorders such as Functional Neurological Disorder, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. Sessions are completely adapted to each individual’s needs. In combining movement and breath, we hope to deepen awareness of and connection to our body/somatic selves. Danielle received her MA in Applied Exercise Physiology and is currently pursuing a PhD in Kinesiology at Teachers College, Columbia University.
