Moving feeds my soul. I have spent many years studying the body both intrinsically through dance and yoga, and scientifically through anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience. This research has led me to believe that the body and the mind are inherently linked. Thus, through my work I seek to help others find this internal connection through dance, yoga, and creative movement.
